Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and related laws and guidelines, the Company establishes the following privacy policy regarding the handling of personal information of users of the service "GrandScore" (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by the Company.
1Compliance with Laws and Guidelines
The Company will comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws, guidelines of the Personal Information Protection Commission, and other guidelines, and will properly handle personal information.
2Collection and Use of Personal Information
When collecting personal information, the Company will publicize or notify the purpose of use, and when obtaining personal information recorded in contracts or other documents (including electromagnetic records) directly from the individual, the Company will clearly indicate the purpose of use in advance and collect it by lawful and fair means. The Company will use personal information properly within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
3Purpose of Use
The Company uses personal information for the following purposes: "Personal authentication", "Responding to, confirming, and recording inquiries, consultations, complaints, and support requests", "Improvement and enhancement of this Service".
4Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company will provide personal information to third parties in the following cases:
