How we think about pricing
Three principles set the price: bill monthly only, keep it affordable alongside piano lessons and other services, and show it in your local currency.
Billed monthly. No annual lump sum.
Premium is billed one month at a time. There is no annual plan. Nobody knows whether a practice habit will stick until they start. We think paying only for the months you actually keep going is the fair arrangement for a learner. You can subscribe and cancel whenever you like, and after cancelling you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Priced to fit alongside piano lessons and other services
¥480 a month is set on the assumption that you also take lessons or use other materials. GrandScore's job is the practice between lessons: visualizing the score, slowing the tempo, isolating one hand, looping the bars you get stuck on. We keep that at a price you can add without giving up the teacher or the method book you already have.

What can I do for free?
You can play the pre-installed songs in the browser without signing up, and MIDI keyboard connection is free. You can try Hanon AI once without logging in, and after you sign in you get one free AI score a month.
How much is Premium?
¥480 a month (approx. $3.12). The checkout page shows the price in your local currency, so the exact amount is the one shown there.
Is there an annual plan?
No. Premium is billed monthly only; there is no annual lump sum.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. On the web, cancel from the Stripe billing portal; if you subscribed through the App Store, cancel from Apple's subscription settings. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Which payment methods are accepted?
On the web you pay on the Stripe checkout page, which lists the payment methods available to you. The iOS and visionOS apps use App Store in-app purchase.
I subscribed on iPhone. Does Premium work on the web too?
Yes. If you subscribed on an Apple platform, use Sign in with Apple on the web as well.
When does the AI score quota reset?
At the start of each month. Free includes 1 a month and Premium up to 15. A scan only counts once you register the result as a score, so you can retake a photo as often as you need.
